Energy Healing Services

White Wolf provides energy healing services including but not limited to:

• Body Code: Identifying and releasing physical and energetic imbalances
• Emotion Code: Releasing trapped emotions and emotional patterns
• Belief Code: Identifying and transforming limiting beliefs
• Energy Healing Consultations: Personalized guidance and support

Session Formats

Services are offered in multiple formats:

• Video Call Sessions: Live one-on-one video consultations (1 hour)
• Phone Sessions: Audio-only consultations (1 hour)
• Email Sessions: Written exchange and guidance

Booking and Payment

Session Booking

• Sessions must be booked in advance through our scheduling system
• You will receive confirmation via email with session details
• Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged

Cancellation Policy

• 24-Hour Notice: Full refund or rescheduling available with 24 hours notice
• Less than 24 Hours: 50% refund or reschedule (subject to availability)
• No-Show: No refund for missed sessions without prior notice
• Emergency Situations: Exceptions considered on a case-by-case basis

Refund Policy

Refunds are processed according to our cancellation policy. Once a session has been completed, refunds are generally not available. If you are unsatisfied with your experience, please contact us to discuss your concerns.

Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information when booking sessions
• Be on time for scheduled sessions
• Have a stable internet connection for video/phone sessions
• Be in a quiet, private space during sessions
• Engage openly and honestly in the healing process
• Take responsibility for your own health and well-being
• Communicate any concerns or questions promptly

Confidentiality

Complete confidentiality is maintained for all sessions. Information shared during your sessions will not be disclosed to any third party except:

• With your written consent
• When required by law
• In cases of imminent danger to yourself or others

You also agree to maintain confidentiality regarding any proprietary methods or techniques shared during sessions.

Results and Expectations

Important: Energy healing is a personal journey, and results vary by individual.

• No specific results or outcomes are guaranteed
• Healing is a process that unfolds in its own time
• Multiple sessions may be needed for lasting change
• Your active participation and openness enhance the process
• Results depend on many factors including your commitment and readiness

Recording Sessions

Session recordings (audio or video) are only made with mutual consent. If you wish to record your session for personal reference, please request permission in advance.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• White Wolf is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from services
• You use these services at your own risk and discretion
• We are not responsible for technical issues beyond our control
• Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific session in question

Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and methods shared through White Wolf services are protected by intellectual property rights and are for your personal use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or share proprietary content without written permission.

Right to Refuse Service

White Wolf reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service to anyone at any time for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Inappropriate behavior or communication
• Non-payment or payment disputes
• Misalignment with service values or approach
• When services are not a good fit for your needs

Changes to Services or Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms, service offerings, or pricing at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
